Empowering Success Minds

The flagship seminar: what actually separates the people who restart after a setback from the people who do not — run for halls of several hundred at a time.

What it is for

Most people in the hall do not lack information about what they should be doing. They have watched the videos and read the posts. What they lack is a way to start again on the third or fourth attempt, when the first burst of motivation is long gone and nothing has visibly changed.

How it runs

  • Open with the count that matters. Not how many times you fell, but how many times you got back up — and treat that number as something to be raised deliberately rather than admired in someone else.
  • Work in the hall, not from the stage alone. Participants write their own last setback down, then rebuild the restart out loud with the person next to them — which is the first time most of them have said it to anyone.
  • Separate the feeling from the schedule. Recovery gets a date and a first step before anybody leaves the room, because a decision that depends on feeling motivated tomorrow is not a decision.

What people leave with

  • Everyone leaves with one written commitment and a date against it, rather than with a feeling that fades on the way home.
  • Run repeatedly for the same institutions, which is the only review of a seminar that cannot be written by the organiser.
