What it is for
Career advice for graduates in Bangladesh is mostly encouragement, and encouragement is not a plan. The gap is rarely ambition — it is not knowing which three things to do next, in what order, and who needs to have heard of you before you apply.
How it runs
- Start from where they are rather than where the syllabus assumes they are, then narrow to three specific next moves with dates.
- Practise self-introduction and interview answers out loud, recorded, because the first time anyone hears their own answer should not be in the interview.
- Build a personal brand that matches the actual person, so it holds up the moment somebody meets them.
